If you want a straightforward creatine monohydrate with enough servings to use consistently for more than a few weeks, METALIFE Creatine Monohydrate – 60 Servings is a practical option.

I’ve been lifting seriously for more than 10 years, and creatine monohydrate is one supplement I still see value in. I personally use creatine because I’ve noticed better strength and training performance when I take it consistently. What I like about a product like this is that it keeps the formula simple while giving you a more useful supply than a smaller trial-sized tub.

METALIFE uses micronized creatine monohydrate, which means the powder is processed into smaller particles to help it mix more easily. It is still creatine monohydrate, so I see micronization mainly as a convenience benefit rather than a completely different or more effective form.

What Does METALIFE Creatine Monohydrate Do?

Creatine helps increase the phosphocreatine stored in your muscles. Your body uses those stores to regenerate ATP during short bursts of intense exercise such as weight training, sprinting and other explosive movements.

Consistent creatine use may help support:

  • Strength and power
  • Performance during hard-working sets
  • More high-quality reps
  • Greater overall training volume
  • Lean mass gains when combined with resistance training

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched sports supplements available, which is a big reason I continue to include it in my own supplement routine.

Why I Like a Simple Creatine Formula

Creatine is one supplement where I don’t think you need an elaborate blend.

When I compare creatine products, I mainly want a clearly disclosed creatine monohydrate dose, an easy-to-use powder and good value per serving.

That simplicity also makes an unflavoured creatine easy to combine with other supplements without changing the taste of your drink.

Who Is the 60-Serving Size Best For?

The 60-serving container is a good middle ground if you already know you want to use creatine consistently but don’t necessarily want to buy one of the largest tubs available.

It makes sense if you:

  • Take creatine regularly
  • Want more value than a small trial-sized container
  • Prefer not to commit to a very large tub
  • Want roughly a couple of months of daily use, depending on serving size
  • Are looking for a simple unflavoured creatine you can add to your existing routine

For me, this is a more practical size than a 20-serving container if you already know you’ll use creatine consistently.

METALIFE also offers larger sizes, so if price per serving is your biggest concern, it is worth comparing the different container sizes before choosing.

How to Take METALIFE Creatine Monohydrate

The most important part of taking creatine is consistency.

I think of creatine as an everyday supplement rather than a pre-workout. You don’t need to time it perfectly around your workout for it to be useful.

Because this version is unflavoured, you can easily mix it into:

  • Water
  • Juice
  • A protein shake
  • Your post-workout drink

A creatine loading phase is optional. Consistent daily use will still gradually increase your muscle creatine stores over time.
